The British Universities Industrial Relations Association (BUIRA) is the UK association of academics in industrial relations and associated disciplines. Its key objective is to promote the study of industrial relations. 

BUIRA organises an annual conference and supports a wide range of study groups and seminars. It produces a newsletter four times a year and is regularly consulted on educational and research issues relevant to industrial relations.

There are over 680 members encompassing academics and doctoral students. New Members are always welcome.
